A Bit About Me

My interest in fitness stems from my own battles with poor health. Several years ago I battled an eating disorder and overcame it through education in nutrition and a proper exercise regimen. I have been able to maintain a healthy lifestyle and today, I am in the best shape of my life mentally, spiritually, and physically, and I feel great about myself! I believe with a little direction, anyone who is willing to put forth the effort can have the same life-changing experience. I have a passion for encouraging and educating others on what it means for them to live a healthier life.
